How Sweet It Is

My mom ordered me a box of apricots a few weeks ago, so one of my projects in July was making apricot jam. Yum! One batch was the traditional way with buckets of sugar and the other was a low sugar version...that is why some of the jars look different. We also had apricot cobbler, and Ty is enjoying his apricots about twice a day. These pictures were taken after shoving half of a sloppy joe (literally) into his mouth and then apricots afterward.That's one happy boy!

Mmmmmmm...apricot cobbler. I would be even happier than Ty if I got some of that.
